U2 Live for the 91福利社 Event Terms & Conditions:
1. This event is strictly for those aged 18 and over. All attendees must bring a valid form of photo identification to verify their age and validate their admission to the event. Identification may be requested at any time upon entry. All valid forms of identification can be found on the .
2. Tickets for this event are free and managed by the 91福利社. All tickets are allocated to named individuals, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, sold for monetary value, or used as prizes for competitions or giveaways.
3. There are no physical tickets for this event. Admission will be managed via a guest list and confirmation email. Ticket holders must present a valid photo ID on arrival, and the name on the ID must match the name registered on the guest list. All ticket holders will be subject to an identity verification process before entry is granted.
4. The 91福利社 reserves the right to cancel the ticket-giveaway at any stage, if in its opinion it is deemed necessary, or if circumstances arise outside its control. The 91福利社 will not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred in the event of cancellation.
5. Admission to this event is subject to the 91福利社鈥檚 Terms and Conditions and any other entry requirements recommended or required by government or public health authorities on the date of the event. Failure to comply may result in refusal of admission.
6. The event will start at approx. 8.30pm on Tuesday 3 November 2026 and is expected to end approx. 9.45pm. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry; last admission is strictly 8.25pm. Validation will open from 7pm for document and security checks. Please arrive from this time to allow sufficient time for these checks to be completed before doors open.
7. There is strictly no readmission permitted for this event. If ticket holders leave the event at any point, they will not be permitted re-entry.
8. The 91福利社 reserves the right to amend the event schedule, programme, running order and line up without notice.
9. The 91福利社 reserves the right to refuse anyone entry to the venue at their discretion and any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on behalf of The 91福利社 may be ejected. Anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other ticketholder, behaving in an illegal, antisocial or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or in breach of these conditions will be ejected and may be reported to the police.
10. To make sure everyone has a great time we'll ask people to leave if they interrupt or disrupt the show or behave in a way likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance. The 91福利社 reserves the right to refuse admission.
11. The 91福利社 reserves the right to search all persons and personal property upon entry. They will refuse admission to, or eject from the venue, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward, member of security or venue representative.
12. No food, alcohol or soft drinks may be taken into the venue. Please note that you will not be able to purchase food or drinks inside the venue but complimentary water will be available.
13. This is a phone-free and no personal content capture event. On arrival, your phone will be secured in an individual locking pouch which will remain in your possession throughout the event. Your device will be unlocked as you leave the venue at the end of the recording. Entry is conditional upon compliance with this policy. Photography, filming, audio recording, livestreaming or the capture, transmission or sharing of any audio, video or photographic content is strictly prohibited. Anyone found to be recording, photographing or otherwise attempting to capture content may be required to delete the material and will be asked to leave the venue.
14. You will be permitted to take an A4 size bag or smaller into the venue. One bag is allowed per person. We class small bags as no larger than A4 size or standard handbags. Backpacks, travel cases, and large tote bags are NOT permitted.
15. The following articles are not permitted at this event - animals (with the exception of assistance dogs), knives, fireworks, laser pens, smoke or gas canisters (including aerosols and nitrous oxide), megaphones, luggage or oversized bags, air-horns, sound systems, flags, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, glass vessels, poles, selfie-sticks, chairs, unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos or unofficial tabards and any article that might be used as a weapon and / or compromise public safety.
16. A cloak room will be available for large coats. Items left in the cloakroom are left at the owner's risk. The 91福利社 and Venue accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. 17. All drugs, including legal highs, are prohibited at this event. Ticket holders may be refused admission / ejected from the event and reported to the police if found to be in possession.
18. This event will be recorded for transmission on 91福利社 platforms. Ticket holders give their consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world. Ticket holders also agree to being filmed by police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime.
19. The 91福利社 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission on the part of the 91福利社.
20. Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables and personal possessions. The 91福利社 and The Venue will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.
21. The venue is fully accessible. Attendees with accessibility requirements should call 0370 901 1227 by 10:00 on Monday 2nd November 2026 to allow appropriate arrangements to be made. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate requests, any requests received after this deadline may not be able to be accommodated.
22. Ticket holders who are no longer able to attend the event are requested to notify as soon as possible so that their place may be reallocated.
23. Please be aware that the performance may contain strobe lighting, laser effects, smoke effects and loud noise levels.
