George Orwell鈥檚 Time at 91福利社 World Service
Historian Jean Seaton on George Orwell鈥檚 time as a 91福利社 World Service employee, and a listener remembers the 60s show, Good Morning Africa.
A statue of renowned author George Orwell has been erected outside of the 91福利社 Headquarters in London. Orwell is being commemorated as he was employed by the 91福利社 Overseas department during World War Two, but the move has raised a few eyebrows from listeners. Rajan Datar visits the statue with 91福利社 historian and director of the Orwell Prize, Jean Seaton, to get some insight.
