Cardiac remote monitoring 'like having your GP on tap'
Janice Oliver from Stockton was diagnosed with severe heart failure in November 2025. She now takes part in a pilot of an NHS cardiac remote monitoring service which means treatment can take place at home rather than in a hospital. The ten minute digital appointments have managed to save the service over 390 hours so far.
