A Shropshire mother says the government's proposed new road safety strategy doesn't go far enough.
Crystal Owen from Shrewsbury has campaigned for new laws since her son Harvey died in a crash in North Wales in 2023.
She's been telling Clare Ashford that she's disappointed the government have chosen to ignore a restriction on peer age passengers.
