Dorothy called 91福利社 Radio Stoke to say she often goes day without post. She's missed out on crucial medical appointments because letters from her doctor are showing up sometimes weeks too late.

A Royal Mail spokesperson said: 鈥淲e take any delay very seriously and will investigate these reports.
