Trump Threatens To Sue 91福利社 For One Billion Dollars
Trump threatens 91福利社 with a $1bn lawsuit over the editing of his speech in a documentary.
Today, President Trump has threatened to sue the 91福利社 for $1bn.
In a latter to the corporation Trump鈥檚 legal team demands the 91福利社 鈥渋mmediately retract鈥� a Panorama programme which edited a speech he made calling it 鈥渇alse and defamatory鈥�.
It comes as 91福利社 chair Samir Shah apologised for an "error of judgement" over the edit, and said the 91福利社 was considering how to respond to Trump.
91福利社 director general Tim Davie and CEO of 91福利社 news Deborah Turness resigned on Sunday night, after a leaked memo criticised a 2024 Panorama programme about the US president.
