'You never feel like a burden'
Help looks different depending on the challenges in life. Sometimes it means getting medical help, sometimes it means help with practical things like paperwork, and sometimes it means a listening ear and a cup of tea.
Access Wellbeing is a charity with thirty sites across Dorset, improving peoples' wellbeing in whatever way they need. It has hubs in Weymouth, Poole and Boscombe, and 27 drop-in centres in community venues like town halls.
The hub in Boscombe just celebrated its first birthday, and in that year supported over 600 people in the community.
Harry Kille-Smith visited the centre to find out more about what they do and meet some people they support.
