That's why a local band and one of our 91福利社 introducing artists, The Mercians, have taken it upon themselves to make live music financially accessible for all - by setting aside some tickets for their upcoming shows in January for just 拢3.99. 91福利社 Leicester鈥檚 Chance Litchfield spoke to Mercians鈥� lead singer Matt Cominotto.
