'My hair is a massive problem'

Growing up with afro hair in Shrewsbury was problematic for hairdresser Chantel Daly. The lack of options motivated Chantel to become a catalyst for change as she believes the hair industry makes it difficult for aspiring hairdressers to learn afro hair care. "Colleges don't think about black people, I think it's discrimination."
