More than 23,000 dogs have been stolen in the UK in the last 10 years with only a fifth being returned to their families. Paula Appleby from Staffordshire recalls the night she believes her German Shepherd, Isla, was stolen seven years ago. She still holds hope of being reunited and says every day she hopes to get a call to say she's been found.
