You can't drive far in Birmingham at the moment without seeing fly tipping.

Mohammed is normally a barber in Balsall Heath but is now running a campaign to name and shame the people responsible for fly tipping outside his business.

This is outside MJ Barberz, where Mohammed says he's made more than 100 reports to Birmingham City Council about it - and has spent more than 拢500 on security cameras, to try to catch those responsible.
