James Lee Williams, better known as drag queen The Vivienne, has died aged 32.

The Vivienne, a true icon of Liverpool, was a drag artist, LGBTQ+ advocate, and star of RuPaul鈥檚 Drag Race UK.

Rising from the vibrant local drag scene, they became a beacon of talent, strength, and pride. Starting their journey in Liverpool鈥檚 bustling nightlife, The Vivienne quickly made a name for themselves with a career that spanned television, theatre, and charity work.
