Three time Olympic champion Adam Peaty surprised Lee Blakeman during our Children in Need Thousand Mile Challenge. Adam returned to where it all began at Uttoxeter Leisure Centre and shared his best swimming tips with the team. He says he believes the true purpose of life is to make yourself uncomfortable to become a better person.
