Polly loves dancing and ponies and is affectionately nicknamed Gumdrops by her adoring mum.

Polly was diagnosed with a life-changing benign brain tumour at just 14 months old, at Alder Hey Children鈥檚 Hospital.

She lives with her mum, Emily, in Wallasey.
