Storrington: Enough is enough
Residents are frustrated by what they say is a constant stream of rat runners and HGVs.
George Carden reports.
In a statement West Sussex County Council said "Local Communities concerned about road safety can discuss their concerns with their county councillor in the first instance.聽The lorry route network is comprised of strategic and local roads recommended for use by lorries and heavy goods vehicles in West Sussex, although the council is not able to force haulage companies to adhere to it. Residents concerned about anti-social driver behaviour in the local area, such as speeding, can report incidents to Sussex Police".
