Rockliffe: the fire which burned for a month
People living near the site of a major fire in Cumbria say newly uncovered documents raise questions over safety.
North West Recycling denied any wrongdoing at its plant north of Carlisle and it wasn't prosecuted for the 2021 fire, which was deemed accidental and lasted a month.
But with plans for a new gas-producing facility at the same site as the fire residents are worried about the future risk.
