'Let your kids get bored'
Experts – including an Oxford headteacher – are encouraging parents to let their children be bored this summer.
Tina Farr, from St Ebbe’s School in Oxford, says allowing children to be bored helps them discover the things they're passionate about.
The benefits of boredom are backed by many psychologists, who say it helps inspire creativity in youngsters.
Clinical psychologist Dr Marta Deiros Collado has been discussing the positives of being bored with 91¸£ÀûÉç Radio Oxford.
