The owners of Queensgate shopping centre in Peterborough admit the centre's not currently at its best with many empty units.

However, Invesco Retail Estate say that planned additions to the centre are creating a positive momentum.

The plans would see a change in use that moves away from shops towards more leisure and entertainment facilities.

Dr Cheryl Greyson is Senior lecturer in Business at ARU Peterborough and tell Dotty McLeod that it's a strategy that could pay off.
