Former prisoners at HMP Highpoint near Newmarket say their lives have been transformed by a new project which gives inmates training and jobs upon release.
Some have said they may have reoffended without a chance to 鈥渂reak the cycle鈥�.
The programme sees them trained on the rail tracks.
