Richard Bland's son Andrew took his own life 11 years ago, so he set up a charity called Bear Force encouraging children and adults to talk about their worries and take care of their mental health.
The charity mascot, AB Bear, had the opportunity to visit No.10 Downing Street after helping thousands of people across the country.
