Mark Marshall and his partner Katie Green have just completed the Antarctic Half Marathon, which they tell us was the trip of a lifetime! They are both from the Wye Valley Runners, based in Hereford.

Mark speaks to Malcolm Boyden and explains how they took the voyage from Argentina across Drakes Passage to reach their destination, King George Island which is in the South Shetland Islands of Antarctica. Although the main reason they went, was for the wildlife, not the run!
