An ex-addict and drug dealer talks about the fear that controlled his life when he became addicted, and involved in crime. Cumbria Constabulary realise they can't "arrest themselves out of the problem", and now they've set up a new initiative to help people free themselves of drugs and crime, offering hope to turn their lives around.
