The Stranglers are celebrating their 50-year anniversary.

The band are touring and the schedule includes a homecoming gig at the Cambridge Corn Exchange.

They created their own unique sound and achieved over 25 Top 40 singles and 18 Top 40 albums.

First formed in 1974, The Stranglers' uncompromising attitude was embraced by the punk movement of the late '70s, as JJ Burnell tells Chris Mann.
