Former Love Island contestant, Olivia Attwood tells 5 Live about what she says is a 鈥渟hocking鈥� trend in teenagers and those in their early twenties getting cosmetic treatments done like lip fillers.

Her new documentary looks at the mental impact of cosmetic treatments - which can sometimes be inspired by volatile to trends.

"Something has happened in the last five years where people are having these treatment younger and younger", she said.

Olivia, who had botox aged 25, said how shocked she was to hear the story of Honey who had lip filler aged 16.

"She said so many of her friends have injectable cosmetics which absolutely flawed me.

"To hear that from her, I found that really shocking", Olivia finished.
