24 year old leg spinner Nancy Harman and 23 year old all rounder Alice Monaghan only signed their first full professional deals with the Southern Vipers last month.

The two day course saw current and former professional players learn some skills for outside the game. They also talked face to face with industry professionals.

Harman said"It confirmed to me I really want to stay in the game."

Monaghan said "I'm not looking to transition out of the game (yet), but you never know, its just preparation."
