Abi Feltham, from Crowthorne, drank every day from the age of 14 to cope with the death of her dad. It wasn't until Covid that she was able to break the cycle, and now at the age of 35 she's trying to help others recover from addition, through a podcast and recovery journal. Sarah Walker reports.
