Parents whose children are receiving cancer treatment at the Royal Marsden hospital in Sutton have been speaking out after they're having to fork out for the charge. The Royal Marsden says everyone receiving cancer treatment there are able to claim back the ULEZ fee.

Tessa Holme's 15 year old step daughter is currently undergoing treatment for stage 3 cancer at the Royal Marsden.
