Telford sprinter Rio Mitcham picked up a Silver and a Bronze in this Summer's World Championships. The 23 year old held off the reigning world champion in the final leg of the 400m relay and told Mary Kate Wheeldon of 91福利社 Radio Shropshire it was "a dream come true".
