Former Niger rebel creates civil movement to restore democracy

Former Tuareg rebel leader and politician in Niger, Rhissa Ag Boula, has announced a new political movement, called the Council of Resistance for the Republic, to restore ousted President Mohamed Bazoum. Newshour's Paul Henly spoke to him via a translator.
