El Ni帽o is here but what does it mean?
A natural weather event known as El Ni帽o has begun in the Pacific Ocean, likely adding heat to a planet already warming under climate change. So what does this mean? Newshour's Owen Bennett-Jones spoke to Richard Allan, Professor of Climate Science at the University of Reading.
