• We're marking mental health awareness week - by finding out the impact it has amongst for musicians - from being affected by it, writing about it, and inspiring others from their troubles. We hear from Stourport's Chloe Elliot and Hereford's Finn McGowan and Ché Lindor.

• We also hear from some of the support services available around the local area, including Evesham's Therapy Centre Services.

• We're in Hay one week before more than a quarter of a million people descend to the Herefordshire border, for the ten day long Hay Festival.

• Making a difference dressed as a human disco ball, running marathons for charity. We'll meet Freya from Droitwich who is doing exactly that!

• Worcester's BenObi talks about his new song, commissioned for a new 91¸£ÀûÉç TV show.

• And Chloe's back with your gig guides for Herefordshire & Worcestershire, including news of how and when Jools Holland is performing this week.
