On Ukraine鈥檚 border as tensions escalate with Russia

Russia has some 100,000 troops near Ukraine - but denies planning to invade.

The tensions come eight years after Russia annexed Ukraine's southern Crimea peninsula and backed a bloody rebellion in the eastern Donbas region.

If diplomacy fails, would Ukrainians fight in a war with Russia?

Newsnight鈥檚 international editor Gabriel Gatehouse reports from Ukraine鈥檚 border with Belarus.

This film was produced by Mihret Yohannes and shot by Jack Garland.
