Imagine growing up and knowing that you're gay or bisexual or transgender - but that there's absolutely no-one you can talk about it to.

That's the reality that faces a lot of younger people in Cornwall - and means that life can often be pretty difficult. That's where the Young and Yourself group comes in, by offering them a place where they can simply be themselves.
