"...it's really coming out and looking gorgeous..." - the first signs of spring appear at Trengwainton House near Penzance.
Spring often comes early to the west of Cornwall - even if it hasn't felt like it over the past week or so.
And that means all sorts of flowers are waking up from their winter slumber, from snowdrops to camellias to magnolias.
