'We should close every prison!'

Lawyers Chris Daw and Ayesha Nayyar debated whether the current prison system is working on 91福利社 Radio 5 Live.

Speaking to Nihal Arthanayake, Chris said: 'We should close all prisons... they are universities of crime'.
