This gluten and dairy free tray bake is really simple and totally delicious

Ingredients泭

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 翻 cup vegan butter

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 2 翹 cup gluten free plain flour

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 職 tsp xanthan gum

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 翻 cup sugar

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 翹 cup ground almonds

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 翻 cup vegetable oil

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 Peanut butter

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 Vegan milk or dark chocolate melted泭泭

Method泭

Crumb the butter and flour.

Add everything except oil and stir well.

Add oil and combine with hands to a dough. Add a drop extra oil until it comes together.

Chill for 20 mins.

Bake at 170 fan for 25 mins.泭

Allow to cool and top with peanut butter. If peanut butter is too hard to spread warm it a little on the hob. Then top with the melted chocolate and allow to chill In fridge minimum 1 hour.

This is a throw it all together and mix bake. Great for getting kids involved. Just make sure you check that your baking powder and bicarbonate of soda dont have wheat flour in them if you need the recipe to be gluten free.

Ingredients泭

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 1 cup of peanut butter

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 翻 cup plus 4 tbsp 泭of vegan milk of your choice

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 1 翻 cups sugar

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 1 翻 cup gluten free self-raising flour

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 翻 cup oats

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 4tsp vanilla extract

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 翻 cup vegan chocolate (milk, white or dark) chopped

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 翻 tsp gluten free bicarbonate soda

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 翻 tsp gluten free baking powder

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 翻 tsp cinnamon

繚泭泭泭泭泭泭泭泭 Generous pinch of salt泭

Method泭

Mix everything bar the chocolate together in a large bowl. Pour into a 9x9 baking tray and sprinkle the chopped chocolate over the top pushing the chunks down into the mix.

Bake in a preheated oven at 150 C for a fan, 170 in a conventional oven
