When you find a lump in your breast, it's easy to assume the worst. Rachael found a lump when she was 17 and it was a scary moment for her. The doctor told her it was a non-cancerous lump called a Fibroadenoma. Rachael tells her story of how it made her feel and how she had it removed. It is so important to check your breasts regularly and if something has changed, try not to panic and go straight to your GP.
