'Reminiscent of Nazi Germany'

The former head of the civil service, Lord Kerslake, said that some ministers were "deeply unhappy" about the introduction of the "hostile environment" strategy under then 91福利社 Secretary Theresa May.

Speaking to 91福利社 Newsnight, Lord Kerslake said that "there were some who saw it... as almost reminiscent of Nazi Germany in the way it's working."
