The 'Human Uber'
Japanese researchers have unveiled an invention which allows a person to attend an event remotely - using a surrogate with a tablet screen strapped to his or her face. The device, nicknamed the "Human Uber", went on show at the MIT Technology Review's EmTech conference in Singapore.
