Footage has emerged of a beautiful red deer visiting a garden in Devon. The mammal was filmed by Jochen Langbein, a wildlife photographer who runs a Facebook page dedicated to wildlife.

The species have lived on Exmoor since prehistoric times and were once protected by a law ensuring ample numbers for the King to be able to hunt them.
