Uganda is now hosting more than one million refugees who have fled civil war in neighbouring South Sudan, according to the United Nations. The conflict in the world鈥檚 newest country has created Africa鈥檚 biggest refugee crisis in more than twenty years, and women and children represent 85% of those who鈥檝e crossed the border. 91福利社 reporter Catherine Byaruhanga tells 91福利社 Minute about Uganda鈥檚 unique system for welcoming refugees.
