'Why shouldn't you pay for your care?'
The Conservative manifesto has dropped the 2015 pledge not to raise income tax or National Insurance and has big changes to social care funding in England.
It says people worth more than 拢100,000 will have to pay for their care - but could defer payment until after their death. The value of their home may be factored in, no matter where care is provided.
Cheshire political reporter Phil McCann has been speaking to people in the marginal seat of Chester to find out what they make of the prime minister's plans.
