General Election 2017: Will young voters be engaged this time?
Mrs May said that she wanted to secure the backing of the British people for her Brexit negotiations.
One of the key election battlegrounds will be Bath, where 58 per cent of voters wanted to remain in the EU. The current Conservative MP Ben Howlett took the former Liberal Democrat stronghold in 2015.
Liberal democrat activist Theo Knott and conservative supporter Ben Walker are both 23. They believe the election will engage young voters this time around.
