Sweden official proposes an hour off work for sex

A local official in Sweden has a novel proposal to improve work-life balance and lift the local birth-rate. Per-Erik Muskos, from the town of Overtornea is considering giving council employees an hour long paid break each week to go home and have sex. Malin Hansson, is a Swedish sexologist and midwife.
