Rashford, Manchester City and Football Dreams
As part of the life-changing work of the India-based Young Champs Academy, children are visiting Manchester City as part of their full-time residential scholarship.
The academy, in conjunction with the English Premier League, gives youngsters aged between 11 and 14 an opportunity to tour some of football’s most famous clubs – and has saved some from a life on the streets.
We joined them at City as they prepared for a match – though some of the children admitted their favourite player is striker Marcus Rashford of arch-rivals Manchester United.
