Liam Fox: '4 or 5 cabinet members' will campaign to leave EU

Four or five cabinet members are "certain" to campaign to leave the EU, Liam Fox has told the Today programme.

Speaking to presenter Mishal Husain, the former cabinet minister said these politicians would take up "a
range of different responsibilities" within the "leave" campaign.
