Can Adele defeat the ticket touts?
Singer Adele's team is saving her fans millions of pounds by removing 18,000 "known or likely touts" from pre-sale ticket purchase, leaving more to be bought by real fans.
Former global insight director at Universal Music Group and EMI Chris Carey told the Today programme the system removed people who "have ill intention" and are "in the way of legitimate fans".
"In our world of big data you can see trends and patterns emerging where non-normal behavior is identified," he said.
"It's a huge step forward - at least for super-fans."
