Professor has 'not much hope' for climate change conference
The climate change conference in Paris has not much hope of curbing carbon emissions says Dieter Helm.
Speaking to Mark Mardell, the professor of energy policy at Oxford University said the world had achieved "almost nothing" in the last 25 years in terms of bringing down the volume of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
