Aretha Franklin performs I Say a Little Prayer on The Cliff Richard Show in August 1970. Originally written for Dionne Warwick, the song appeared on Franklin's 1968 album Aretha Now. The US soul singer was honoured at the inaugural American Portrait Gala at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington in November 2015.
