Nick Robinson, former 91福利社 political editor, starts as a new presenter on 91福利社 Radio 4's Today programme on Monday 16 November.

So, how can he adapt to a 3am alarm, in order to arrive at the 91福利社 offices by 4am to prepare for the programme broadcasting from 6am.
